LEASH Animal Welfare Society
One of the important community initiatives I volunteer with, LEASH Animal Welfare Society rescues and finds new homes for lost, displaced, abandoned and deserted animals. Special photo events (like Santa Paws) help raise money to cover the huge vet bills that go with rescuing these vulnerable animals. We also bring the dogs outside with their foster parents to create lifestyle photos that have proven to increase the chance of them finding their 'forever home'. I know it's just a matter of time before I adopt one of them myself...
